What to include
For faster support, identify the game, page or feature, browser and device, approximate date and time, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots are welcome when they do not contain sensitive information.
Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, full payment-card numbers, government identification, or unnecessary personal information.
Response expectations
We prioritize security, privacy, payment, and access issues. Response times vary for general feedback and feature requests. Sending repeated copies of the same request may delay review.
