Essential storage
Local storage can remember progress, controls, accessibility choices, and session state. When you sign in through the launcher, supported game progress is also stored with your BernStone account so it can follow you across devices.
Sign-in storage
Clerk uses cookies and similar storage to complete authentication, protect the sign-in flow, maintain your BernStone session, and help detect abuse. Google, Discord, or Twitch may also use their own cookies or storage on their authorization pages under their respective policies.
Your controls
Blocking essential sign-in storage, clearing it, using private browsing, or revoking provider access may sign you out or prevent account-linked features from working. Signed-out play can continue where a game supports local browser progress.
Optional services
Analytics, advertising, or payment providers may use their own storage when those features are enabled. See Privacy Choices for available controls.
